Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions
All ticket sales are final, there are no refunds, credits or exchanges. Upgrades can be made. Every attempt is made to run all races regardless of situations that may arise. If a race day is moved, postponed or altered in anyway, Augusta Southern Nationals will announce ticket exceptions.
Entrance to the race site is subject at all times to our terms and conditions.
Augusta Southern Nationals is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed.
You are responsible for printing and/or displaying tickets purchased online for scanning/check in at entrance gates before entry is granted.
At all times you must have in possession your ticket. If for any reason we can’t verify that you have gained access to the race site properly, you will be removed from the site and will have to purchase a ticket(s) to enter properly.
Some eTickets or tickets purchased online will be replaced with permanent badges at the first check in.
If you leave the race site and plan to return same day, you must receive get stamped at the exit Gates. Upon re-entry, you must then show your stamp.
Children 10 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult.
Special handicapped parking and viewing areas are available.
Medical facilities are available on premises.
Terms and Conditions Rules During Race
We ask for your cooperation when it comes to these few rules:
NO COOLERS, NO FOOD, NO DRINK, NO PETS CAN BE BROUGHT ON SITE.
We provide food and drinks for purchase to you onsite at our concession stands.
No Smoking allowed in pit areas or inside the Riverfront Pavilion.
You must be at least 21 to purchase any alcoholic beverages. You will have to show proper id to get an armband in order to purchase beer or liquor.
Chairs and blankets are OK to bring in. Umbrellas are also OK but need to be setup along the top of the grassy areas so they don’t block the view of other spectators.
Cameras are OK to bring onsite.
Pets are NOT allowed onsite. (Some pets may be seen onsite but belong to the racers who travel all over the country with them to bring these races to you)
Please drink plenty of fluids before and during the races. (Preferably not only alcohol) it will be getting plenty hot at the races and no one wants to ruin a weekend passing out from the heat!!
Please come and enjoy yourselves, but if you plan on bringing your small children, please plan for them; sunscreen, proper attire, medicines (if needed) There is medical personnel available for anyone who needs it. Please help us out by picking up any trash around you and depositing in the proper places.
